Because you are buying a specific natural slab, please read this before ordering.

Your right of withdrawal (EU consumers). If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from the purchase of a whole, uncut slab within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To withdraw, tell us clearly (email info@marbleclubitaly.com) within that period. You then return the slab within 14 days.

Condition of returned goods. The slab must come back intact, uncut and unworked, in its original protective packaging/crate. You may inspect it as you would in a shop, but slabs that have been cut, resined, drilled, installed or otherwise altered cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal.

Exception — custom / made-to-order work. Slabs that have been cut to size, finished, fabricated or otherwise customised to your specification are excluded from the right of withdrawal under EU law (made-to-measure goods). This exclusion does not affect your rights if the item is faulty or not as described.

Refunds. Once we receive the returned slab and confirm its condition, we refund the price of the slab within 14 days, using the same payment method. The customer bears the direct cost of return shipping. The original delivery charge is refunded in line with applicable law.

Return shipping. Slabs are heavy and fragile; returns must use insured, crated stone transport. Contact us first and we will help arrange a compliant collection.

Damage in transit (separate from withdrawal). Every shipment is insured. If a crate arrives visibly damaged, photograph it on arrival before unpacking and email us within 48 hours so we can open an insurance claim and arrange a replacement or full refund. Do not sign off a delivery as "in good condition" if the packaging is damaged.

Faulty or not-as-described. Your statutory legal guarantee of conformity applies; if a slab is faulty or materially different from its description, you are entitled to a remedy at no cost to you.
