Shipping
Worldwide
We ship everywhere, straight from our deposit in Massa-Carrara. Each slab is packed on a dedicated A-frame or crate, protected and secured for long-distance transit.
Free over EUR 1,000
Shipping is free on every order above EUR 1,000, anywhere in the world. Below that, the cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Delivery times
Around 12 to 16 days from order confirmation, depending on destination and customs. We keep you posted with tracking at every step.
Free deposit pickup
Prefer to collect in person? Pickup at our deposit in Massa-Carrara is always free. We arrange a time with you on WhatsApp.
Insurance & packaging
Every shipment is covered by transit insurance. If a slab arrives damaged, the damage is covered: photograph it on arrival, without removing the packaging, and message us within 48 hours. We handle the replacement or refund.
Returns
14 days, intact slab
You have 14 days from delivery to return a slab, provided it is intact, uncut and unworked. Once cut or installed, a slab can no longer be returned: it is a one of a kind piece, made yours.
How it works
Message us on WhatsApp or through the Contact page. We arrange the pickup and, once the slab is received and checked, we process the refund to your original payment method.
Payment
Payment is taken in full at booking: it is what lets us pull the slab off the market at once and hold it for you alone. Every slab exists as a single piece, so booking is its guarantee.
