Where we ship. Worldwide.

Cost. Shipping is paid and calculated at checkout based on destination, with three rates depending on where your order ships. Pickup at our Massa-Carrara warehouse is free.

Insurance. Every shipment travels fully insured in a protective crate.

Delivery time. Typically 12–16 days after the order is confirmed, depending on destination and finishing. Cut-to-size or fabrication work may add time; we confirm timing case by case.

Taxes & duties. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties/taxes may be charged by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

On delivery. Slabs ship crated and are handled by specialist stone carriers. Please have suitable access and handling available. Inspect the crate on arrival; if there is visible damage, photograph it before unpacking and contact us within 48 hours (see Refund & Return Policy).
